
Mercury dropped to 11 degrees in some of the western districts of West Bengal. However, the temperature may rise slightly on the last two days of the month, claimed Alipore Meteorological Department.
The weather office said temperatures dipped slightly in several districts of south Bengal. The mercury settled at 11-13 degrees Celsius in the western district. The temperature is below normal. Though there is no fog warning, some districts are likely to experience light fog in the morning.
However, the temperature will rise slightly in the next two to three days. The temperature will rise by two to three degrees Celsius!
Day and night temperatures are below normal in Kolkata.

Even today, the City of Joy is home to a minimum temperature of 16-degree Celsius. The mercury is likely to fall slightly in the next 24 hours. The minimum temperature in Kolkata this morning was 16.4 degrees Celsius, lower than the normal temperature.
The temperature in the Kolkata city will hover between 16-degree Celsius and 27-degree Celsius over the next 24 hours.
